Grain quality indexes (including starch, protein, and chalkiness), and changes in chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and active oxygen resistance activity were analysed in plants of rice cultivars Xinongyou 30 and Fuyou 1 during the grain-filling period under high temperature treatment in climatic chambers.
