Objective: To examine the expression of stroma-derived factor 1 (SDF-1) and its receptor CXCR4 in murine vaginal tissue and lumbar lymph nodes during an experimental <i>Candida albicans</i> vaginal infection. Methods: A murine model of vaginal candidosis was established.
