In the experiment, two rice disease-resistant parents 25-289, IR71676-34-1-1, and two susceptible parents Gui 649 and Ze 253 were crossed and combined, bacterial liquid of bacterial blight and rice blast were inoculated to parents and their F1, F2 to discuss the genetic expression in progeny of resistance gene to bacterial blight and rice blast for two rice germplasm.
