We conducted a study on the ability of two PGPR strains (P751 and Bc752) to induce systemic resistance of masson pine (Pinus massoniana) seedlings against red needle blight disease (Pestalotiopsis funerea) including the effect of the different inoculation times and different inoculum doses. In this experiment, PGPR strains were inoculated on the roots by drenching, while the pathogen was inoculated on the needles by spraying.
