Use of the composition of vegetables and berries, and the complex polysaccaride POLYCOM for developing dairy cocktails

In this article, the use of vegetables and berries with emphasis on its nutrient content as well as on its complex polysaccharides called "POLYCOM" used in preparing dairy cocktails is discussed.
