36 new species of Cheumatopsyche and 10 new species of Potamyia are described and figured, coming from Thailand, Sumatra, Nepal, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, Laos, Sulawesi, Sri Lanka, Java, Nias and China. Faunistic records of known species are given for Bali, Sibuyan, India, Pakistan, Yemen, and the Nicobar Islands.
