A synopsis of the bee genus Palaeorhiza Perkins Hymenoptera, Colletidae of New Guinea Part 3 Subgenera Trachyrhiza, Paraheterorhiza, Hadrorhiza

Six species of Palaeorhiza belonging to 3 subgenera are discussed. Three new subgenera, TRACHYRHIZA, PARAHETERORHIZA and HADRORHIZA, 2 new species, P. (Trachyrhiza) rugosa and P. (Paraheterorhiza) simulans, and a new subspecies, P. (Hadrorhiza) lieftincki stellaris, are described. P. (Hadrorhiza) imperialis, P. (H.) luxuriosa, P. (H.) lieftincki and P. (Paraheterorhiza) hilara are also discussed. .
