The paper deals with in vivo studies of the cytogenetic effect of the photrin alkylating agent on the bone marrow cells of piglets. A high frequency of chromatid exchange output and non-random length localization of the individual chromosomes breaks are determined. The specific influence of chemical mutagens is discussed.
