Journal of Nursing Staff Development 7(5): 239-243

Staff development educators assist professional nursing staff in providing personalized, quality patient care that is documented in an accurate, time-saving manner with periodic evaluation of outcomes. They also seek ways to assist administrators in improving quality assurance in health care facilities.
