, : The prevalence of physical disability in southwestern Ontario. Canadian Journal of Public Health 76(4): 262-265

We conducted a community survey in 10 countries of Southwestern Ontario [Canada] of 22,680 individuals in 10,972 households. In this survey we determined the extent of disability and found 1,509 individuals over the age of 18 years that were disabled (i.e., a prevalence of 67 per 1,000 households).
