There is little information in the literature regarding the computed tomographic (CT) appearance of pregnancy. We had the occasion to study two female lymphoma patients with CT, both of whom had unsuspected intrauterine pregnancies. One of these patients presented at 13 weeks' and the other at 22 weeks' gestation. We describe the CT findings in each of these cases.
