The clinical setting affords an excellent opportunity for baccalaureate nursing students to learn the essential management skills and abilities demanded today. A knowledgeable instructor can develop a flexible plan of simulated and practice based clinical experiences for students. This article presents examples of how management experiences are planned and implemented.
