The best hospitals are getting better while others continue to struggle

Two recent studies by HealthGrades show that hospitals are improving their quality of care in a number of procedures and disease states and that patients are less likely to die at a quality rated hospital. The bad news is that while the best are getting better, the lowest rated hospitals are just not able to climb out of the bottom.
