Meta roboty – doslidzhennja intensyvnosti dyhannja ta fosforyljuvannja v mitohondrijah enterocytiv tonkoi' kyshky shhuriv za hronichnoi' ta razovoi' dii' ionizujuchogo vyprominjuvannja nyz'koi' potuzhnosti. Materialy ta metody doslidzhen'. Razove oprominennja shhuriv rentgenivs'kymy promenjamy provodyly na ustanovci RUM-17 (za potuzhnosti dozy 0,055 Gr/hv) dlja otrymannja poglynenyh doz 0,1; 0,5 ta 1,0 Gr. Funkcional'nyj stan mitohondrij ocinjuvaly cherez 1 ta 24 god pislja oprominennja. Hronichne zovnishnje γ-oprominennja (potuzhnist' dozy 0,72 sGr/hv, do dosjagnennja sumarnoi' dozy 0,3; 0,6 ta 1,0 Gr) provodyly na ustanovci “ETALON”, jaka mistyla 60So. Intensyvnist' dyhal'noi' ta fosforyljujuchoi' aktyvnosti mitohondrij enterocytiv tonkoi' kyshky ocinjuvaly poljarografichnym metodom. Rezul'taty. Vykorystannja malatu v jakosti ekzogennogo substratu dozvolylo ocinyty funkcionuvannja usih diljanok elektron-transportnogo lancjuga mitohondrij v umovah eksperymentu. Vstanovleno zrostannja intensyvnosti dyhannja mitohondrij za vsih umov ta terminiv doslidzhennja jak reakcija na oprominennja. Za hronichnoi' dii' ionizujuchogo oprominennja projavljajet'sja chastkove roz'jednannja procesiv sprjazhennja okyslennja ta fosforyljuvannja, pro shho svidchyt' znyzhennja velychyn pokaznykiv DK i ADF/O, ta zmenshennja efektyvnosti fosforyljuvannja (znyzhennja velychyny Vf). Za razovogo oprominennja roz'jednannja procesiv sprjazhennja okyslennja ta fosforyljuvannja ne suprovodzhujet'sja zminamy pokaznyka okysnogo fosforyljuvannja, odnak harakteryzujet'sja znyzhennjam velychyny vidnoshennja V4S/V4ATF. Vysnovky. Rezul'taty provedenyh doslidzhen' svidchat', shho razova ta hronichna dija ionizujuchoi' radiacii' nyz'koi' potuzhnosti pryzvodyt' do zrostannja intensyvnosti dyhannja ta porushennja procesu okysnogo fosforyljuvannja, vnaslidok roz'jednannja procesiv sprjazhennja okyslennja ta fosforyljuvannja. Prychomu, za hronichnoi' dii' ionizujuchoi' radiacii' otrymani zminy suprovodzhujet'sja prygnichennjam utvorennja ATF iz ADF ta Fn, oskil'ky ne sposterigajet'sja zmin ATF-gidrolaznoi' aktyvnosti mitohondrij. Vyjavleni funkcional'ni porushennja roboty mitohondrij enterocytiv za ionizujuchoi' radiacii' mozhut' buty pov'jazani zi strukturno-funkcional'nymy zminamy samogo dyhal'nogo lancjuga, aktyvnosti jak fermentiv elektron-transportnogo lancjuga, tak i N+-ATFazy. Dija ionizujuchoi' radiacii' nyz'koi' potuzhnosti mozhe pryzvodyty do porushennja bioenergetychnyh funkcij mitohondrij – odnogo z najbil'sh rannih projaviv klitynnoi' dysfunkcii'.
