Sequential changes in the cyclic nucleotide levels and cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activities during development ofmyxococcus xanthus

Sequential changes in the cyclic nucleotide levels and cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activities during development ofmyxococcus xanthus

Current Microbiology 3(4): 197-202

The levels of adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate, guanosine 3'-5'-monophosphate and the activities of their respective phosphodiesterases exhibited changes during development ofMyxococcus xanthus that are substantially consistent with role postulated for each in a previously proposed model.
