Electron spin resonance studies of KDP-type crystals

Discrepancies between Esr results from irradiated or doped KDP-type crystals and Nmr data obtained from unaltered samples have led to an examination of all the available evidence. It is concluded that the Esr probes do not, as a rule, follow the microscopic proton motion, but that large-scale local field fluctuations are required to reorient the probe.
