In human lymphocyte cultures treated with aspirin in concentrations of 10, 100, 200, and 300 μg/ml in the G0 stage of the cell cycle and in concentrations of 10, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 μg/ml for 1 h in the S stage the frequency of induced chromosomal aberrations was significantly higher than in the control.
