It has been revealed that 70-year application of fertilizers in grain-beet crop rotation of the Central Black-Earth Region forest-steppe changed biochemical parameters of leached chernozem fertility to a considerable extent and increased activity of urease by 17,4-26,9 %, catalase by 5,6-36,4 %, ptotease by 23,2-54,2 %, and cellulose-decomposing activity by 96,2-153,2 %; activity of phosphatase was reduced by 65,7-105,1 %. Phytotoxicity increased by 85,7 against a high dose background %.
