The effect of different fertilizing systems on the physicochemical, agrochemical, and physical properties of leached chernozems and the main parameters of the humus status has been considered. The most economically and energetically efficient rates of fertilizers for sugar beet have been revealed, which favor the maintenance and expanded reproduction of fertility of the studied chernozems in the forest-steppe of the Central Chernozemic Zone.
