目的: 探讨鼻咽内超声实时引导经鼻咽针吸活检术(endonasopharyngeal ultrasound-guided transnasopharyngeal needle aspiration,ENUS-TNNA)诊断黏膜下型鼻咽癌的可行性,安全性及临床应用价值。 方法: 回顾性分析2013年12月至2018年1月四川省肿瘤医院内镜中心采用ENUS-TNNA技术诊断的9例黏膜下型鼻咽癌患者的临床资料,分析其安全性及可行性。 结果: 9例患者均为男性,平均年龄(49.2±10.9)岁。全组病例均一次性穿刺成功,获得了足够的组织标本,穿刺过程术中、术后未发生大出血或持续性渗血。9例患者术后病理结果证实鼻咽未分化非角化性癌5例,鼻咽低分化非角化性癌4例。 结论: ENUS-TNNA在技术上安全可行,是诊断黏膜下型NPC的有效方法,具有一定的临床价值。.
