Abstract
Delphinium bicolor Nutt. (Low Larkspur) occurs at montane altitudes in southern Saskatchewan and Alberta, mainly in the fescue grasslands, in deep coulees and ravines, and in forest margins. Data on its morphology, phenology and ecology are presented, and its importance as a major cause of stock poisoning is discussed.
