Experimental approach was developed to the synthesis of coimmobilized acetylcholinesterase (ACE) and pyridinium aldoxime (PA) systems. The features of the reactivation of the enzyme in these systems were studied. Coimmobilization in water-swelling hydrogels of ACE and its aldoxime reactivators makes it possible to increase significantly the reactivity of the system in organic phosphate hydrolysis. The process of the reactivation of the inhibited enzyme in hydrogels, apparently includes the stage of the formation of an intermediate complex of ACE and PA.
