The modern market of milk and dairy products of Prikamye is dynamically developing. The consumption level of dairy products by members of households is caused, mainly, by size of the monthly average income of a person and a behaviour stereotype in food questions. Under forecasts for 2010-2011 it is necessary to consider increasing neediness of regional manufacture of own milk-raw materials as the missed benefit.
