Variability of Seed Quality in Siberian Larch and Scots Pine in Mongolia and Adjacent Regions of Russia

Variability of the quality of Siberian larch and Scotch pine seeds in different populations of Mongolia and adjacent regions of Russia was analyzed. The data on the variation of weight of 1000 seeds, germination energy, and technical germination ability are presented. Some species-specifi c peculiarities of this variation were revealed. The mean annual variability of the seed quality in the species studied was also determined.
