The article studied materials of milk production, qualitative composition, physico-chemical, health indicators, as well as the nutritional value of milk black-and-white cows of different body type, owned FGUP experimental farm, breeding plant «Klenovo-Chegodaevo». As a result of this work were obtained reliable materials, indicating that the directed selection to improve the body type of animal has a positive impact on productivity and quality characteristics of the milk produced by under control cows.
