Summary
Fourteen steroids were identified and estimated from the urine of a patient with a feminizing adrenocortical tumor. An important amount of two other steroids (X1 and X2) was also found. The THF/THE ratio was increased. In this patient, no metabolite with an ɑ-ketol-5ɑ-pregnane structure could be detected.
